Seal Island Boat Tour

For wildlife enthusiasts, this tour is a must-do. You can view, close-up, harbour seals as they lounge on the rocks and shoals. St. Paul's Inlet also has one of the largest Artic tern nesting areas in North America. Sightings of other wildlife such as moose, caribou, black bears, bald eagles and sea birds are quite frequent.

Flanked by the Long Range Mountains, St. Paul's Inlet also boasts some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery one can view in Gros Morne National Park. There are towering mountains and beautiful waterfalls, rivers and streams that provide great trout fishing. Seeing the area is a trip of a lifetime and Seal Island Boat Tour would like to provide that opportunity for you.

Live interpretation talks reveal the incredible natural history of this wonderful place as well as an overview of its cultural history. From time to time, you can still view local fishermen, as they tend to their nets and traps in the Inlet.
